I’m an athlete and healer with over a decade of experience in massage therapy, now proudly seeing clients at LifeSpa inside Life Time Lakeshore–Irvine.

Since becoming certified in 2012, I’ve worked with a wide range of clients—from high-performance athletes to individuals seeking relief from stress, injury, or chronic tension. My approach is rooted in both skill and intuition, blending techniques such as deep tissue, Swedish, sports massage, and prenatal with newer offerings like Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) and Reiki energy healing.

As a certified MLD practitioner, I provide gentle, rhythmic therapy to support post-surgical recovery, reduce inflammation, and promote detoxification. Reiki adds another dimension to my work, encouraging deep relaxation and energetic balance.

Outside the treatment room, I’m a dedicated triathlete and mindfulness practitioner. My personal meditation practice deeply informs my work—bringing a grounded, present-moment awareness to each session. Whether you’re healing from an injury, training for your next race, or simply looking to reconnect with your body, I’m here to support your wellness journey with care, compassion, and precision.
