I am an athlete and healer with over a decade of experience in massage therapy, specializing in deep tissue, sports massage, Swedish massage, and Reiki. Certified since 2012, I have worked with a diverse clientele, from athletes to those seeking stress relief, recovery and pain management. My approach blends technical skill with intuitive healing, creating customized treatments that support both the body and mind.

In addition to massage therapy, I am certified in Manual Lymphatic Drainage and practice Reiki to promote balance and energetic healing. My passion for wellness extends beyond the treatment room—I am a dedicated triathlete, and my personal journey as an endurance athlete deepens my understanding of recovery, performance, and holistic well-being.

Meditation is also an integral part of my practice. As a meditation practitioner and future teacher, I incorporate mindfulness into my work, helping clients cultivate relaxation and a deeper connection with their bodies. Whether facilitating physical relief, energetic alignment, or mental clarity, my goal is to provide a restorative and transformative experience for each individual.

My studio is located near Lido Marina Village in Newport Beach, CA.
